WEBSITE AND VEHICLE-OFFER TERMS

Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the CashMyCarOregon website and online vehicle-offer process. A website estimate or request is not a completed sale; the final written offer and transaction documents control.

Effective July 19, 2026

01

Acceptance and eligibility

By using the website or submitting a vehicle request, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 and be the titled owner or have lawful authority to act for the owner.

The service is limited to vehicles located in Oregon. Submitting a form does not require you to accept an offer and does not require CashMyCarOregon to purchase or tow the vehicle.

02

Requests, estimates, and accepted offers

Online information starts an evaluation. Any preliminary amount, range, or discussion may change if the VIN, mileage, ownership, title status, missing parts, condition, location, or access differs from what was submitted.

An offer becomes eligible for scheduling only after its amount, vehicle, seller authority, required documents, pickup location, access, and timing are confirmed. Unless a written offer states otherwise, it may expire or be withdrawn before the transaction is completed.

03

Accurate vehicle and seller information

You agree to provide a correct VIN, mileage, contact method, vehicle condition, title or lien status, location, and access description. Disclose major damage, missing wheels or parts, fire or flood exposure, blocked access, storage fees, and whether the vehicle rolls, steers, or has keys.

Do not submit a VIN or photos for a vehicle you do not own or have authority to sell. Duplicate submissions may be blocked to protect the existing offer record.

04

Ownership, titles, liens, and DMV obligations

You are responsible for supplying the ownership documents and signatures required for the transaction. An active loan, lien, estate, lost title, out-of-state title, salvage brand, or other ownership issue may delay or prevent purchase until properly resolved.

CashMyCarOregon provides practical information but does not determine legal ownership and does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Oregon DMV determines title, odometer, transfer, and seller-notification requirements. Sellers should retain signed documents and complete their post-sale DMV obligations.

05

Towing, access, and pickup

Towing is included only with an accepted offer inside the confirmed service area. Pickup is not promised until the location, access, required equipment, authorization, and available window are confirmed.

You must have permission for the pickup team to enter the property and enough space to reach and load the vehicle safely. Tell us about gates, garages, steep or soft surfaces, locked steering, flat tires, missing wheels, tow-yard rules, apartment restrictions, or other conditions before dispatch. Additional costs not included in an accepted offer must be disclosed and agreed before the transaction proceeds.

06

Inspection, handoff, and payment

The vehicle, VIN, condition, and documents may be reviewed at pickup. If they materially differ from the submitted information, the offer may be revised or declined before ownership changes.

Payment method and timing are confirmed with the accepted offer. Do not release the vehicle, signed ownership documents, or keys until the agreed payment and handoff steps are clear. CashMyCarOregon will not require a seller to pay a remote release fee or ship the vehicle outside Oregon as a condition of receiving an offer.

07

Local buyers, towing providers, and partners

CashMyCarOregon may use an Oregon buyer, towing provider, or service partner to evaluate or complete a transaction. Assigned partners receive access through protected systems and may contact you about the submitted vehicle.

The identity of the purchasing or pickup party and the final transaction terms should be clear before handoff. Any written purchase document signed for the vehicle controls over general website wording if the two conflict.

08

Photos and publication permission

You retain ownership of photos you submit. You give CashMyCarOregon permission to store, process, and share them privately as needed to evaluate and complete the vehicle request.

Public use requires the separate optional consent described in the Privacy Policy. Even with consent, publication requires a completed qualifying transaction and manual privacy approval. You may request removal of a published image.

09

Acceptable use and service availability

Do not misuse the website, probe protected accounts, submit malicious files, automate abusive requests, impersonate another person, interfere with availability, or use information from the service for unlawful activity. We may rate-limit, reject, investigate, or block suspicious activity.

We work to keep the website available and accurate, but external vehicle, mapping, email, messaging, hosting, and network services can be delayed or unavailable. Contact us by phone when the online process is unavailable or time-sensitive.

10

General terms and updates

These website terms are governed by applicable Oregon and federal law. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver of it.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date identifies the current version. These general terms do not replace the final written documents for a completed vehicle purchase, towing arrangement, or payment.

Questions before you submit

Call us before submitting if ownership, title status, property access, storage charges, or another unusual condition is not clear. Accurate information helps prevent changes at pickup.
